Paella was very fresh and cooked perfectly. Service is always excellent and management staff are always checking on how dinner is going. All the dishes I have tried are very good. We have been back many times, the food and atmosphere are just wonderful..

We celebrated my birthday. The drinks, ceviche, clams casino, scallops and Bronzino, were absolutely delicious. Tony, our server was amazing! A fantastic restaurant! We highly recommend Olivio!
Whole Lobster (2 lb.) – Steamed review by Mary Ellen
First of all our server Tony was exceptional. Three of us went for lunch. Had shrimp and lobster alfredo, scallops with asparagus risotto, stuffed lobster with crabmeat. Apps were shrimp cocktail, crab cakes and Olivo chips. Everything was excellent (although there was a burnt crust on the lobster stuffing). Tony immediately brought it to the cooks attention. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes good food and service.

Service and cuisine are exceptional. Daniel the Bar Manager provided incredibly genuine care and consideration towards my wife and I on our anniversary dinner. This is our new favorite restaurant!

We're always hesitant to order particular seafood dishes from restaurants when not near the ocean, but we took a chance ordering the grilled octopus, and we absolutely were NOT disappointed! It was so fresh, and melt in your mouth tender. Earlier in the year we had taken our first trip to Spain and I can say it was as if we were there again. I'm so glad to have our own little piece of Spain right in Pine Brook. The creme brûlée was also amazing.

We recently hosted my sister's baby shower at Olivo Mediterranean Fare, and it was such a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The food was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. So many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed the meal, which always makes you feel good when you're celebrating such a special occasion. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the event. They made sure everything ran smoothly and took such great care of our family and guests. Their hospitality made the day even more special. Thank you for helping us celebrate such an important milestone for our growing family. We truly appreciate everything you did to make the day memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Olivo Mediterranean Fare to anyone looking for amazing food and exceptional service.
